BALLY HARDWARE operates a dedicated manufacturing facility designed to support efficient and consistent production of telescopic drawer channels.
Our plant is spread across approximately 2000 square meters, equipped with machinery and systems required for the manufacturing and assembly of telescopic channels.
The facility is structured to handle the entire production workflow including roll forming, plating, assembly, and final inspection, ensuring controlled manufacturing and reliable product quality.
The manufacturing setup at BALLY HARDWARE supports a production capacity of approximately 200 tons per month, allowing us to supply large volumes of telescopic channels to hardware distributors, furniture manufacturers, and OEM clients.
This production capability enables us to maintain stable supply and timely order fulfillment for both dealer orders and customized OEM production requirements.
